Native to Southeast Tasmania, the Blue Gum’s original range has been significantly reduced due to land clearing, making this honey a true rarity. 

Despite its light and creamy texture, Blue Gum honey delivers a rich, distinctive flavour that pairs beautifully with bread, crumpets, and other baked treats.
